She answered all my questions and was very pleasant to work with. She informed me that I need to speak to Tom regarding further questions and so I spoke to Tom who was very nice and explained what was needed. I had a very good feeling after speaking to Kayla and Tom. It was a no brainer to make the trip and purchase the bike. Tom is not your typical salesman that will bombard you with useless questions and and follow you around the showroom telling you why you should buy this or that, instead he gave me room to look around with no pressure and decide what bike was right for me. I found the bike i wanted within a hour of looking and decided i had questions about reliability, finance,,and service on the particular machine i had chosen we sat down and he covered everything from A to Z on all my questions and he didn't need to have other people come over and explain the different categories of my questions, he is very knowledgeable of his job and it shows.   • "Service department - the guys are very professional and happy to actually have a conversation, answer any questions and the service is fast and done right. Parts department - the same friendly attitude with a mind set on whatever budget you may be working with. Accessories department - again, great staff willing to make clear what you get for your money with any product. Management - the store manager spent about a half an hour searching the inventory for a part that was not stock for my bike. Even the trainee was impressive. I don't give good reviews unless warranted. Oh! I almost forgot the clincher; COFFEE."

  • "Went in for what I thought was a tire problem and turned out the rear differential on my Wing had leaked out all the lubricating oil and the bearings and race were getting chewed up into slivers. Steve on the the service desk went out of his way to get me options to help save me money and we ended up getting a used differential which probably saved me tons of money. Randy, the mechanic, also showed and explained the problem in the differential. what could have been a dangerous situation was diagnosed and repaired in less time than I figured it would take. We've been coming to Western NC for the past three years and I've made sure to plan my stops around Asheville so that when I need service, I go to MR Motorcycle."

  • "While a friend and I were traveling on Suzuki motorcycles from Boston MA down the Blue Ridge Parkway to Cherokee NC I broke down exiting the parkway at mile 388. We came upon MR Motorcycle. Alex and Steve from the service department were a big help. They evaluated my issue, ordered the parts I needed, told us where we could stay for the night, had the parts flown in and got me back on the road in less that 24 hours. I cannot say enough great things about their professionalism and helpfulness. I highly recommend MR Motorcycles."

  • "I am from Oshawa Ont. Canada. My wife and I left home on July 15th on our Hayabusa, riding 2-up and pulling our 1 wheel trailer to travel to Snow-Shoe West Virginia for the Road-Runner magazine 4 day convention. On Sunday July 20th we left there and traveled to Wytheville Virginia and spent 3 days there riding the back of the dragon and a few other day rides. The morning of the 23rd I noticed my rear tire was getting pretty worn out so I was able to contact Steve at Mr. Motorcycle in Ashville N.C. who is in charge of service. Steve without any issues said that he had a set of tires that I run on the Hayabusa in the shop and if I could make the 150 mile ride down to Ashville he would get me in as soon as I got there. I also decided while the mechanics had the wheels off I would have new sprockets, chain and brake pads all installed. I could have gotten another 1000 miles out of these parts but I was totally impressed with this dealership that I decided that If Steve had these parts also I would get the work done now. I don't as a rule let anyone work on my Hayabusa other than my mechanic back here at home but Steve said all the technicians in the shop were excellent guys and that whoever was assigned to do the work on my Hayabusa would perform an excellent job. Well, Steve was right. All the work done was performed by Brad and I have had absolutely no issues. Great job Brad. I left Ashville after riding day trips from there for 2 days after all the work was done and since arrived back home here on August 1st with 3,000 kms on the Hayabusa since Mr. Motorcycle did the work on my Hayabusa and the Hayabusa runs great. It is awesome to know when you are in some-what of a problem while traveling that if you are anywhere near Ashville NC. you can depend on Steve and the guys at Mr. Motorcyle to help you out and get you back riding.   • "I just returned home from the American Voyager Association International Rally in Asheville. I had a good time there and enjoyed the 8400 mile plus ride crossing the U.S. and back with the Northern California Voyager team. I had a need to remove my center stand at MR Motorcycle before heading out to Hwy 29 and "The Tail of the Dragon." Steve Babb, in the Service Department, took me in at 3:30 in the afternoon without an appointment and the mechanic, Randy Lingi, quickly put me at ease charging me only 1/2 hour of labor. I was immensely impressed with this dealership. Thanks to you and all of the nationwide support Kawasaki affords me and my 1994 Kawasaki Voyager XII and to Kawasaki for building a reliable machine for letting the "Good Times Roll.""
